Work method

Before we start a project we would like to get to know you and everything there is to know about the project. This first meeting is very important to get to know each other and we will ask a lot of questions to make sure we fully understand your wishes and plans. 

Concept design 

In this phase, we will translate our first ideas into moods and sketches to show our first conceptual thoughts with you. This will be the starting point for the design. 

Preliminary design

Following approval of the concept, we further develop the mood direction and refine the layout into more detailed plans. We present proposals for materials, furniture, and fittings to shape the overall design. At the end of this phase, the interior builder and other specialists can make the first cost estimates based on the developed plans and proposed elements.

Final Design

In this stage, we prepare the comprehensive drawing set required for contractors to begin precise costing and construction. This finalized package includes detailed floor plans, elevations, sections, custom furniture designs, reflected ceiling plans, lighting and electrical layouts, material specifications, and all relevant technical documentation. We also coordinate with suppliers, consult with contractors, and approve final materials and design details to ensure seamless execution of the design vision.
